Calf Stretch

After your ankles you should then stretch the calf muscles.  Make sure you have warmed up first.

Calf stretch

Start by standing against wall, about 2 feet away or so.

Be sure to keep your heels flat and your back as straignt as you can, then start by leaning forward and press your hands and forehead to the wall. Do not let your knee move forward of your ankle.

Do this slowly.

This will stretch the muscles in the back of your lower legs, above your heels. If you need a bigger stretch, move your back farther away from the wall. Hold this position for up to 20 seconds and then relax.

Repeat up to 5 times.
