This is one of the best back pain stretches that you can do.
You want to start by lying on your back with your knees bent
and your feet flat on the floor, and then place your bands on
the back of your thighs and pull your legs towards your chest.
Then you want to pull until you feel just a gentle stretch,
making sure not to push too hard because you do not want to
injure yourself.
Hold this for about 15 seconds, and then return to the
starting position and repeat this stretch about ten more
times.
Another of the most effective back pain stretches involves

your hips to the left, lowering your legs down to the floor
until you feel just a gentle stretch.
Then you want to return to the starting position after you
